William "Bill" Exley graduated from Texas A&M Galveston and Texas Tech University's law school in 1997.  He then worked at the Court of Appeals in Amarillo before becoming a Harris County prosecutor.   Bill was with the DA's office for 18 years, where he tried over 100 felony cases, gaining experience in violent offenses, asset forfeiture and juvenile law.
